Reliable sources say the property at 130 Grove Street is mired in County complexities, delaying the project’s completion and sale. Meanwhile, the new owner of the burned shell that used to house Boulder Creek Brewery, Joseph Wolff, musician and craft beer lover, is investing his energy into cleanup and re-engineering and is meeting with potential beer brewing partners.
