Free Sandbags Available for North County Residents
With storm season underway, several locations have free sand and sandbags available for local residents and businesses to help protect their property from flooding.
Sandbag tip: Only fill bags halfway, they work much better at keeping the water out when stacked than bags that are filled to the top. Remember to bring your own shovel.
