This 300-acre historic horse ranch and nature preserve is a gem of the Santa Cruz County parks system. The park is home to 15 unique habitats — ranging from a pond and riparian ecosystems to chaparral, mixed evergreen forests, redwoods, and the rare Santa Cruz sandhills — along with 4.5 miles of hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic area, ranch house, and a vista point. It’s also ecologically significant, housing several rare and endemic species found nowhere else on Earth, including the endangered Ben Lomond spine flower and the threatened Silver-leafed manzanita.

Quail Hollow Ranch County Park is located at 800 Quail Hollow Road in Felton, in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The park is open from sunrise to sunset daily.
