Help for Native Animals in Need
Amy Red Feather from Native Animal Rescue of Santa Cruz County reminds valley residents that her team is ready to pick up small injured animals if you are unable to take them yourself to the facility located at 1855 17th Avenue in Santa Cruz. Baby opossums, racoons, bats, squirrels, birds, and other small creatures that are injured, have become separated from their mothers, or are otherwise unable to fend for themselves. Amy says, “If you are unable to bring it in, we have rescuers at the ready to send out to you! Yes, even to SLV! We are here every single day, from sunup to sun down!” Hotline: (831) 462-0726 | Cell: (831) 332-2368
