About Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit
The Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit has been recording and performing original music since 2004. Fine songcraft and contagious enthusiasm on stage keeps fans coming back to see them over and over again.
The band consists of singer-songwriters Willy Taylor and Chris Doud; drummer Aaron Burtch; Taylor Webster on bass and vocals; and multi-instrumentalists Matt Cordano and Chandler Pratt. Andrew Quist of Glide Magazine writes, “Take two Americana singer-songwriters, an indie-rock veteran of a drummer, country-born bassist, and metal-bred pedal steel player, and what do you get: the rough-hewn yet driftwood-smooth, rebel-headed, but heart-of-gold sound of The Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit.”
The band has been staying local to their home base in Oakdale, California for the last few years, but with hard work, hope, and some seriously good luck we’ve got them back in Santa Cruz for one amazing show.
Imagine Old Crow Medicine Show and The Avett Brothers, Asleep at the Wheel, Bob Wills and Neil Young. Quist writes, “They most often defy categorization, usually settling for some hybrid of Americana, folk, rock, bluegrass, and that sweet, old country & western.” Honest and insightful, the music embraces good times and a lot of fun.

About Wolf Jett
The sound of Wolf Jett will make you dance, sing, and possibly even howl! Its roots run deep through the soul and help heal the heaviness of life. Their music is a celebration of perseverance, infusing folk, blues and americana into what can only be described as “Cosmic Mountain Music.” Frontman Chris Jones was born in the south and raised in CA. His songs combine the best of both worlds to create a vibe that is fresh, yet immediately familiar to a broad audience. He is joined by long-time musical collaborator Jon Payne on drums, Duncan Shipton on bass, Will Fourt on dobro/guitar. Often featuring Laura T. Lewis on vocals/percussion and other special guests, to boot. Wolf Jett was conceived in late 2019 with the intent of bringing people together and putting smiles on their faces.
