Jeffrey is a great showman, fabulous slide guitarist, and brilliant singer songwriter. Jeffrey’s “Elvis Shot The Television” is a high energy funny rocker that will never let you forget the name of Robert Goulet (who stole Elvis’ girlfriend when Elvis was inducted into the army). His slide guitar in “Mexico” will take you there and help you envision its beautiful purple skies. “Walk to the River” is a timely classic, and “Mississippi Flyer” is a nostalgic Americana song that Jeffrey recorded at the request of Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman.
Jeffrey Halford & The Healers albums are reviewed by Rolling Stones magazine and the band performs globally, doing 10-20 gigs in the Netherlands, Germany, and Berlin every fall. Jeffrey has played with Taj Mahal, Los Lobos, Etta James, Guy Clark and Robert Earl Keen. Jeffrey Halford delivers a uniquely American melting pot of roots, blues rock and kick ass pop.
