Featuring Concertino Strings 25-piece string orchestra plus expert flute and recorder soloists Kathleen Purcell and Carol Panofsky\, and Robert Jackson on organ. \nProgram for the season: Noels for Instruments by Marc-Antoine Charpentier; Wexford Carol\, arr. Katie LaBrie; Sleigh Ride by Leroy Anderson; Pastorale from Handel’s Messiah. Joanne Tanner and Renata Bratt direct the orchestra. As always\, concerts are less than an hour long. This is a memorial concert for John Burton who recently passed very suddenly. John was the drummer for Love Creek\, The Jamissaries\, The Mojo Navigators\, Plateau Jazz Band and was a session drummer/percussionist for many other projects.
